Toggle building services
Turn modules on or off for one building (Directory, Packages, Amenities, and more). You need Administration access that can edit properties.
- Open Administration → Properties in the sidebar.
- Select the Properties tab.
- Click the property name to open its sheet.
- Select the Services tab.
- Under Management services or Security services, toggle the switch next to the module you want (for example Building Directory, Email Merge, Amenity, Parcels, or Key Log).
Tip: Each toggle saves immediately. You should see a toast such as Amenity service enabled or Parcels service disabled.
- Click Close (or Save changes) when finished.Property sheet Services tab with Management services and Security services lists — Building services togglesResult: The switch stays in the on/off position you set, and a success toast confirms the change. Disabled modules no longer appear as available for that building in day-to-day work.
