Getting started with Max Condo Club
Sign in to the staff console or resident portal, switch buildings, and find help for your role in Max Condo Club.
Sign in for the first time
Open the staff portal and sign in with the work email and password your administrator gave you. You need an active Max Condo Club staff account.
Switch between buildings
Change which building’s data you see in a module (Directory, Packages, Service Requests, and others). You need access to more than one building.
Customize your home dashboard
Choose which Home sections, metrics, shortcuts, and mobile tabs you see. You need to be signed in to the staff portal.
Search the menu or a person
Jump to a screen, or open a resident, from the sidebar search. You need to be signed in to the staff console.
Read the Service Request dashboard
See the live open-ticket queue by property manager, with aging and a 30-day created count. You need Service Requests available for your buildings. The dashboard is on by default; turn it off under Customize home if you do not want it listed.
Read the Incident Report dashboard
See today’s filings, follow-up, and high-severity incidents across every building you can access. You need access to Incident Reports. This dashboard does not follow Filter by building.
Install the app on iPhone or Android
Add Max Condo Club to your iPhone or Android home screen from the website for a full-screen web app experience.
Request access to MCC
Get a resident portal login when your email is already on the building directory. MCC does not offer open sign-up. Your property manager adds residents in Directory first.
Browse recent activity
See a cross-building feed of packages, requests, directory changes, and other events. You need staff access to the modules that appear in the feed.
