Sign in for the first time
Open the staff portal and sign in with the work email and password your administrator gave you. You need an active Max Condo Club staff account.
- Open the staff sign-in page.Welcome back form with Email, Password, and Sign in — Max Condo Club portal login page
- Enter your work email in Email.
- Enter your password in Password.
- Click Sign in.
Tip: While the portal connects, the button shows Signing in…. If sign-in fails, check the red alert under the button. Use Reset your password next to Password to open the MCC reset form, or confirm your email and password with your property manager or MCC support.
Result: You land on Home in the staff console.
